Based on the timeline above, he made that agreement weeks before the site was launched and admits he has been with this all since the beginning. Any wonder he is so defensive and taking the to the idea he's a "victim" being "maliciously maligned" (his words, podcast 7-16-07)? Jimmy, you gotta get real dude!
