You down wit’ FTC?

ftc.JPGThe focus of this blog is veering towards business ethics, so I have been studying a lot of relevant materials. I have to ingest quite a dose of caffeine in order to stay awake through some of the FTC documents. The Federal Trade Commission is an independent government agency whose chief responsibility is to protect consumers. InfomercialWatch.org has posted the FTC Guidelines for Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising on their site. This particular page was published in 2004. I am currently checking to see if any guidelines have changed.
