I personally love it...I will not trade it for anything until I reach goal...I have lost 40 lbs in less than 2 months..I tried atkins and never lost this kind of weight...and couldn't stomach all the fatty foods..we all have brains and decide for ourselves what we do with our lives... Who cares if she gained it all back it doesn't mean we all will..things happen...grow up everyone and find something better to do than bashing others We could all be lying about who we are online…that is the wonder of the internet…but seriously people grow up…if you are not following the WOE what do you care…let it go already…
