A Message to Kimkins/Heidi Diaz Investigators
I’ve mentioned a few times that Catherine has complete backups of data from the time of her association with Kimkins and Heidi Diaz, April 2006 to September 2006. These records include:
- PayPal transactions for all Kimkins.com member signups prior to October 1, 2006. The records contain information including amounts paid by members, member names, email addresses, and some postal addresses.
- PayPal transactions for site expenses including affiliate payouts.
- PayPal transactions for profit share payments made to Heidi Diaz.
- Kimkins.com website files and scripts and database backups. This includes the Kimkins.com forum, private messages, and chat logs for the period in question. Specifically, the records contain information about fundraising solicitations that were made on behalf of foster children Heidi Diaz claimed to have in her care.
Catherine is prepared to provide copies of these records to all attorneys or official investigators involved in pending investigations and civil actions. Please contact me through the comments of this post if you would like to receive this information.

Hello. While I absolutely applaud Catherine for being “prepared to provide copies of these records” I ask — again! — that she go ahead and PROVIDE those copies to the relevent agencies including the FTC, FBI, IRS, etc etc etc.
Why is she waiting? Why not go ahead and send that info to the authorities? Time is of the essence.
Thank you.

Hello everyone. Just would like to say I am now reading thru the thread. I am sorry that some have negative feelings towards this site but am happy to read all of the positives here. I hope you will all keep in mind that this is created from the wrath of an ex biz partner and nothing more. I believe Kimmer should be allowed and entitled to her privacy without private investigators trying to take pictures and worse, peeping thru windows of the person they think she may be. It’s just plain wrong. With that I leave you with this:
Once upon a low carb time there were two women. One could make things happen on the web–BIG THINGS. The other had a diet plan that worked very well. Together they formed a partnership and Kimkins.com was born. Soon the partnership split and the one with the diet bought out the one who could make things happen on the web–paid 100% off in full. Still, this wasn’t good enough for the person who could make big things happen on the web. She became very angry and spiteful. She soon created fictional charactors to come forward with supposed horror stories in a mass effort to take Kimkins down. This is know as If I can’t have it no one can . The person who could make big things happen on the web created also a Duck to hide behind since it is rather hard to sue a duck for slander… And the person who could make big things happen on the web continued to do so BUT the one with the diet plan and website continued as well. End of story:-D

Miss Prissy, I would like to offer you a suggestion for this new blog that will help with exposure right away. Word Press categories are picked up by Technorati, so you should always put your post into a category that is a good keyword.

I believe that when I joined Kimkins….that she was telling the truth….I followed her from lowcarbfriends…when she got banned from there….forgot the whole reason for that….but I believe we ( members ) deserve the full truth…. I believe Catherine got out for a reason….maybe this is the reason….that the truth would be found….but I think all money that Heidi received should be taxable for sure…. this is a big business advanture for her…….and I am wondering ….is she going on the cruise??????? she should….she is the owner of the site…..she started that site…and should be there…..that surely would tell the truth…..

Hey,
I have been one of those members and purchased long before. One thing I can say is that if you are going to release my name to some other parties I will be the first one to sue you, for whatever reason. If you have a problem with kimkins you do with your own reasonings and evidence, not my name! I am sure that there will be people like me too. beware!
