Is Spam Evil?
I have been getting this comment just about every day for weeks. It’s the spammers version of the age old “If you lived here, you’d already be home” signs that I used to see facing rush hour traffic from the lawns of new condos.
I am an introvert by nature and I have had to set a goal for myself of commenting on 5-10 other blogs each day. Leaving relevant meaningful comments on blogs is one of the many tasks involved in growing a readership. I am sure that the service offered by this spammer is tempting for some bloggers. I think it mostly a service that is used by other spammers. I think that if you choose to use something like this to mass comment, you are by definition a spammer. I miss the poetically ridiculous spam that I used to get.
