Cyber Law
This video is about Cyber Law: A Legal Arsenal for Online Business. I have not viewed the video, or read the book. It may be in my best interest to do both of these things as time permits.
I guess the point that I am always struck by is that people seem to think the internet is some kind of alternate universe. It is not. Every transaction and every communication is subject to any number of laws that do not need to be retrofitted to the internet. Harassment is harassment. Blackmail is blackmail. The biggest issue is that people have an ability to do these things anonymously and across borders.
