A Starvation Diet With One Member
This particular ‘diet site‘ is less like Kimkins and more like Jackass. I found a forum post written by this young man and it seems to me like it is pretty much a stunt. I offered a fairly basic warning to him about the dangers of his actions. He is presently on day 22 of a proposed 40 day fast and his rate of weight loss is about what you would expect.
He is not promoting this as a diet for other people and he is has every right to do it himself. I am free to say that I think it is a bad idea and it sets a bad example for others.
